Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Welcome and engage guests: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage reservations and seating arrangements, and create a positive first impression of the restaurant Coordinate guest flow: Efficiently manage table allocations, waiting lists, and guest requests to ensure smooth restaurant operations Deliver exceptional guest service: Assist guests with inquiries, accommodate special requests whenever possible, and ensure a memorable dining experience Support restaurant operations: Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to maintain seamless communication and an excellent guest experience Ensure cleanliness and presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area, ensuring menus and host stand materials are always presentable Comply with regulatory standards: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures while maintaining the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.
