Here's what you'll do during a typical day: • Lead the hotel’s commercial strategy: Oversee Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Business Development functions to drive overall commercial performance • Drive revenue growth and market share: Develop and execute commercial strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and competitive positioning across all segments • Analyze market opportunities: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer insights, and demand patterns to identify opportunities for growth and business expansion • Strengthen key business relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners, and other key stakeholders • Lead cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Finance, and department leaders to align commercial initiatives with hotel objectives and guest experience goals • Oversee commercial performance: Review commercial KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and business plans to ensure achievement of revenue and profitability targets • Develop and inspire high-performing teams: Coach, mentor, and support Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Reservations teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement • Represent the hotel and the Hilton brand: Act as a key ambassador for the hotel within the market, strengthening brand presence and identifying new business opportunities.
