Waldorf Astoria Doha West Bay is seeking an exceptional Director of Food & Drinks to lead and elevate our world-class dining operations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic hospitality leader with a proven track record in luxury hotel food and beverage management, driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial performance across multiple outlets. Key Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience as Director of Food & Beverage/Food & Drinks in a luxury hotel environment. • Proven experience managing at least 5 restaurants and bars within a luxury hotel or integrated resort. • Previous Gulf region experience is essential, with preference given to candidates who have worked in UAE and Qatar. • Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and experience in delivering exceptional guest experiences. • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive revenue growth while maintaining luxury service standards.
