As a head concierge, you’re not just overseeing the daily operations of the concierge desk – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Supervise concierge team: Train, schedule, and supervise concierge team members, providing guidance and support to ensure an exceptional guest experience Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns Offer recommendations: Provide information and handle arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions Coordinate special services: Arrange for medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest needs Support VIP guests: Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests Promote hotel offerings: Share marketing materials and encourage use of hotel services and programs Manage budgets and payroll: Oversee concierge expenditures, including payroll, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with budgetary guidelines What it takes to make the stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: a passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
