Job Type Full Time Job Location Kuwait Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Customer Service Company Industry Travel, Hotel & Tourism What you will do Welcome, assist and escort guests/clients as it pertains to the spa, fitness and other areas within the hotel (inclusive of outdoor pool). Read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff. Advise and educate guests of spa treatment and produce options to suit their needs via telephone, email and in person. Ensure the reception area is kept neat, tidy and organized. Be knowledgeable about treatments, products, procedures, techniques, training sessions and equipment when selling to hotel and external guests alike. Reach upsell target as set forth separately. Operate the computer, copier, spa reservations system and credit card machines. Utilize the trace file, cashier sheets and handle the daily accounting. Verify the attendant staff is present. What you bring Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar role in a five-star luxury hotel. Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Arabic & English languages. Excellent customer service, attention to details and communication skills. Works well in a team environment, ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
