As Wellness Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering engaging fitness classes, wellness activities, and personalized one-on-one sessions that reflect the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and guest care. Beyond guiding physical movement, you will create transformative experiences that inspire balance, mindfulness, and personal growth. As a Wellness Specialist, you are not simply leading fitness and wellness sessions, you are enriching lives through authentic experiences, genuine care, and memorable moments that make every guest's stay truly exception – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: • Previous experience as a Wellness instructor or personal trainer, preferably in hospitality or luxury segment. • Eager to learn and grow, including exposure to gym and recreational sports areas. • Certification from a recognized organization. • CPR/First Aid certification required. • Naturally confident in upselling luxury treatments and products. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Passion for Wellness and commitment to guest wellbeing. Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day: • Fitness Instruction & Coaching: Lead yoga, breathwork, meditation, and holistic wellness sessions tailored to guests’ individual needs, energy levels, and wellbeing goals. Deliver practices including yoga, sound therapy, Reiki-based relaxation, kundalini-inspired sessions, and other therapeutic wellness modalities. • Guest Engagement: Build genuine connections with guests by offering mindful guidance, motivation, and a calm, supportive environment that encourages inner balance, healing, and personal transformation. • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all wellness sessions are conducted safely and professionally, maintaining awareness of guest comfort, physical limitations, and adherence to luxury wellness standards and protocols. • Program Development: Conduct one-on-one wellness consultations and curate tailored programs that integrate yoga, meditation, breathwork, and holistic therapies aligned with guest preferences and lifestyle needs. Design and evolve wellness offerings in line with global trends in holistic health, ensuring experiences remain fresh, meaningful, and deeply restorative for guests • Operational Support: Assist with scheduling, event promotions, and maintaining clean, organized areas. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to support daily operations and guest satisfaction. • Innovation & Energy: Bring enthusiasm and creativity to every session, inspiring guests to pursue their wellness goals.
