Here's what you'll do during a typical day: • Generate new business leads: Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to uncover opportunities across revenue streams • Grow customer accounts: Build relationships with existing customers and travel locally to expand market share and drive business to the hotel/cluster • Negotiate and contract effectively: Secure group and corporate bookings by negotiating rates and preparing contracts in line with pricing strategies • Develop local marketing: Support business growth by leveraging creative marketing channels tailored to the local market • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with other hotel departments to develop exceptional guest experiences and build comprehensive sales programs • Provide visibility into sales efforts: Maintain detailed records of sales activity and deliver timely updates to Sales leadership • Respond to client enquiries: Handle customer questions and requests promptly and professionally to support conversion and satisfaction
