Key Responsibilities * Carry out and supervise general building maintenance and repairs. * Perform routine building inspections and preventive maintenance. * Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and contractors. * Handle maintenance works such as plumbing, water leak repairs, painting, crack repairs, fixture replacements, cleaning, and other general building repairs. * Prepare work schedules, maintenance records, reports, quotations, and invoices. * Ensure maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or property management. * Good knowledge of general building maintenance practices. * Ability to supervise maintenance works and prioritize daily tasks. * Good communication, organizational, and basic administrative skills. * A valid motorcycle or driving license is an added advantage. Salary & Benefits * Starting Salary: USD 400–600 (paid in MVR equivalent), depending on qualifications and experience.
