The Residence Maldives – Dhigurah is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Excursion Guide to create safe, engaging and memorable experiences for our guests. The role focuses on leading island and marine excursions, sharing local knowledge and providing personalized service throughout each guest adventure. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Excursion Guide or similar role. Preferably in a resort environment. Good knowledge of Maldivian islands, culture, marine life and local attractions. Experience conducting island tours, snorkeling trips, dolphin cruises, sunset cruises, fishing trips and other guest excursions. Strong communication and presentation skills with a friendly, guest-focused approach. Good understanding of guest safety, marine safety and emergency procedures. Strong swimming skills and confidence in marine environments. Ability to provide clear briefings and manage groups of guests professionally. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Proficiency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
