We are seeking an experienced Dive Instructor who shares our dedication to excellence and a passion for crafting memorable guest experiences. As part of a diverse and dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, award-winning service to our valued guests. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Leading PADI courses at all levels with a professional, friendly approach, ensuring full compliance with PADI standards and regulations; Guiding divers and snorkelers of varying skill levels to local dive sites; Managing the dive reception, handling guest reservations, diver registrations, and issuing dive equipment; Ensuring all gear is prepared for students and divers before guest arrivals; Providing and facilitating for the sale of water sports and diving promotional materials, dive and water sports equipment; Assisting in other activities organized and operated by the Dive and Water Sports Centre; Ensure compliance with PADI safety regulations, local and international diving standards. REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION: Proficient in English & Russian, additional languages is a plus; PADI Dive Instructor or higher teaching status required; Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dive professionals; Well-groomed and eager to learn and engage in activities such as water sports; Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and approachable; Sales-driven with a strong guest-oriented focus.
