Job Description Looking for a dynamic and outgoing person with knowledge and experience in Hotel Kitchen. Duties & Responsibilities • Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations • Preparing mise en place for meals on a daily basis • Taking orders from wait staff • Cooking orders according to food health and safety standards • Helping with menu design and creating new menu items when necessary • Handling multiple food orders at one time • Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive • Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides • Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner • Storing all food properly • Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils • Reordering stock and food supplies for store • Maintaining stores • Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed • Weekly basis work on bakery/bakery mise en place and producing required bakery/pastry items • Ensuring general cleanliness throughout all work stations • Always Maintain a clean and safe work environment Working Hours: Generally 07h00 to 15h00 or 15h00 to 23h00, but can be discussed Benefits • Small Team Environment • Service Charge & Tips • Cross Department Experiences • Career Growth Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years Experience in Kitchen How To Apply Interested candidates should Sign-up or login to apply now or Send a copy of the CV via email: gm@ansesoleilbeachcomber.com or WhatsApp: +248 2 55 9131 and /or call: 4 36 1461 to setup Interviews.
