ABOUT THE ROLE: The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, leading the team to ensure smooth service, consistent quality, timely preparation, and high standards of hygiene and safety. Specialize in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, supporting menu development, creative plating, cost and stock control, wastage reduction, and the training and development of junior culinary team members. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior culinary position. Strong professional background and hands-on experience in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. Excellent knowledge of modern culinary techniques, contemporary cuisine, and current food trends.
