Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to oversee the overall operations of Reveries Diving Village and Café20. The Manager will be responsible for guest satisfaction, staff management, financial performance, compliance, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the guesthouse and Café20. Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, food quality, and hospitality. Manage reservations, occupancy, pricing, revenue, and customer relations. Oversee Café20 operations, including food quality, inventory, hygiene, and service. Supervise, train, and manage staff to ensure efficient performance. Monitor budgets, expenses, cash flow, and implement cost-control measures. Ensure compliance with tourism, food safety, health & safety, and licensing requirements. Coordinate property, equipment, and facility maintenance. Develop marketing and business initiatives to increase occupancy and revenue. Maintain good relationships with guests, suppliers, travel agents, booking platforms, and authorities. Prepare regular operational and financial reports for Management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in hotel, guesthouse, resort, restaurant, or hospitality operations. Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory position is preferred. Strong knowledge of accommodation and food & beverage operations. Good leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and operational management. Knowledge of tourism regulations, food safety, and health & safety requirements. Maldives hospitality experience will be an advantage. Ability to work independently and take responsibility for overall property performance. Salary: $1200 (negotiable based on qualification and experience)
