Here's what you'll do during a typical day: • Support procurement operations: Assist with purchasing materials and supplies, researching prices, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures • Process and verify deliveries: Accept all purchased products, ensuring accuracy by checking deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications • Fulfill requisitions: Issue and deliver items to departments as requested, maintaining appropriate stock levels and notifying supervisors of low or out-of-stock items • Process invoices: Receive and process invoices, verify accuracy, scan documents, and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment • Assist with inventory tracking: Conduct routine inventories, input received merchandise into tracking systems, and report shortages or discrepancies. Organized and experienced store storekeeper, expert in maintaining the flow of goods to ensure accurate store inventory. Providing friendly with flexibility, accurate and courteous service in accordance with the hotel policy. • Promptly and empathetically handled customers concerns and complaints. • Greeted customers and provided excellent customer service. • Built loyal clientele through friendly connections and consistent appreciation. • Excellent communication skill.

A Store Keeper serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow: • 1 year of relevant experience. • Computer knowledge for Check SCM, Microsoft Excel and Words, etc. • English and language (written and spoken) • Food & Beverage Knowledge and General knowledge. • Complain Handling. • Physically and spiritually Activity standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs, lifting, cleaning, etc. As a Store Keeper, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Store Operations • To provide customer with friendly, efficient, accurate and polite service at all times. • To report to work punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times. • Completes all side work and duties assigned. • Carry out any requests by management in conjunction with work • Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through quality, creativity, range and value for money throughout the Resort in all facilities & services. • Maintains a customer’s service focus through a “Can Do” & flexible attitude. • Any other tasks as requested by our guests, supervisor or Management of the resort. • Report to Manager any queries and complaints from a customer’s immediately. • Seeks to minimize costs through correct use and handling of hotel property and equipment. Operations • To fully support the Company’s values and culture to ensure guest satisfaction. • To be fully familiar with the Conrad Brand Standards and the Quality Assurance Audit and to follow these standards of service at all times. • To keep up-to-date with the SALT results and to seek to positively influence these results by following the Conrad Brand Standards. • To maintain a high guest service focus by approaching your job with the guests always in mind and being proactive in a timely manner towards their needs and requests. • To have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both guests and colleagues. • To actively promote the services and facilities of the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island and the Conrad Hotels and Resorts to guests and suppliers of the Resort. • To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene at all times by adhering to the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island Grooming Standards. • To report to duty punctually and consistently. • To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the resort’s policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety and take necessary action when required. • To provide guests with friendly, efficient, accurate and polite service at all times. • To be flexible, responding quickly and positively to changing requirements including the performance of any tasks requested. • To be fully familiar with the SOX Audit Program and to follow these standards of service as they apply to the department. • To follow FIFO (first in first out) standards and maintain stock rotations. • To ensure goods are issued to the end user departments in time and in proper condition • To monitor, coordinate and follow up with Assistant Purchasing Manager on the discrepancies between stock inventory request against deliveries • To perform duties and function in the absence of any other Store team member. • Ensures compliance with Health and safety procedures and regulations to minimize potential for accidents, injuries or hazards in the store. • To report, label and prepare document for damaged, obsolete, surplus and redundant materials • To monitor and report on materials with shelf life limits. • To minimize and reduce expired items cost. • To minimize and reduce complaints and occasions on Non-Available item in store. • To timely raise Purchase Requisition for inventory items to ensure optimal operating stock • To maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records; • To receive and issue authorized supplies and materials according to established procedures. • To ensure that the stores are properly organized and kept clean and hygienic • To check and unload deliveries safely in the correct areas. • To put stock away in accordance with the Company’s Quality procedures (stock rotation) • To maintain and ensure proper store records i.e. stock inventory, goods expiring, temperature control etc. • To be proficient in all other duties and task within the department as additional support • A shared responsibility as part of the stores team to respond to emergency assistance for • the issuing of goods out of hours. • To ensure to check the Expiry and slow moving each months before 20th. • To ensure check the temperature all the stores three times a day. • To ensure check the lights and all the store functions every day • To ensure the light are off before leave the store and office. • To ensure to clean all the stores every day and fill the task form. • To ensure that all the goods in the stores are kept in the right temperature. • To assist and perform and complete month end inventory within the deadline • Effectively communicates with other Team Members including concessionaires and third parties. • Works closely with all departments of the resort to ensure a thoroughly enjoyable experience for the guests and a profitable hotel operation. • To enter all stock movements in the SCM system accurately and on a timely basis. • To have a good command of both written and oral English. • To takes direction from and carry out any requests by management in conjunction with work. People • To maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals. • To contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational/environmental procedures in the Resort. • To actively promote the services and facilities of the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island and the Conrad Hotels and Resorts to guests and suppliers of the Resort. • To perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures your safety and that of others in your workplace. • To fully embrace the values of Hilton Worldwide and Conrad Hotels and Resorts. • To be fully familiar with the Conrad Brand Standards and the Quality Assurance Audit and to follow these standards of service at all times. • To have a complete understanding of the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island’s Team Members Handbook and to adhere to the rules and regulations of the Resort. • To contribute positively to Stay Inspired by providing both guests and fellow Team Members through Flawless, Innovative, Authentic and Personalized service, seeking to always maintain a pleasant and hassle-free working environment
