POSITION OVERVIEW: We are looking for an Excursion Host, this role will assist in the safe operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of the boats. You will support the team and assist guests during transfers or excursions and ensure excellent service standards while maintaining safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate and host daily guest excursions, including snorkeling, island visits, sandbank trips, sunset cruises, and other activities. Provide guests with clear information about excursion schedules, locations, safety procedures, and activities. Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests throughout each excursion. Conduct safety briefings and ensure all required safety equipment is available and properly used. Coordinate closely with the Boat Crew, Excursion, Watersports, and Front Office teams. Assist guests with snorkeling and other water-based activities were required. Provide engaging information about the local marine life, environment, culture, and surroundings. Handle guest requests, concerns, and feedback professionally. Maintain accurate excursion records and report any incidents or operational issues to the relevant department. Promote resort activities and assist with upselling suitable excursions and experiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, Marine Studies, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury resort, hotel, or similar hospitality environment. Previous experience in excursions, guest activities, watersports, or recreation is preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage. Good knowledge of snorkeling, marine life, and water-based activities. WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive Salary Package.
