Key Competencies: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within an ultra-luxury resort or hotel. Must possess excellent guest service skills. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong operational knowledge of luxury villa, butler, and guest service functions. Demonstrate leadership qualities and be able to supervise and guide a team of butlers. Be able to support the Butler Manager with any supervisory level task assigned. Must have a keen eye for detail, ensuring flawless execution of all service duties. Possess comprehensive knowledge and experience with LQA standards. Have excellent knowledge of computing and office software and be familiar with PMS. Exhibit a positive attitude, outgoing personality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
