Role Overview: As Executive - Compliance, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with food safety, environmental, and health and safety standards across the resort. You will support the implementation of compliance programmes, conduct inspections and audits, maintain accurate documentation, and work closely with departments to promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and health and safety standards across the resort. Conduct regular inspections and internal audits, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and all required documentation. Support the implementation and monitoring of HACCP, ISO, sustainability, and health and safety initiatives. Coordinate with operational departments to identify compliance gaps and implement continuous improvement measures. Assist in conducting compliance training, awareness programmes, and employee engagement initiatives. Monitor adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Support the preparation for external audits and inspections while ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable standards. QUALIFICATIONS: DIPLOMA OR DEGREE IN FOOD SCIENCE, ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY, HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT, OR A RELATED FIELD. MINIMUM 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN COMPLIANCE, FOOD SAFETY, QUALITY ASSURANCE, OR HEALTH AND SAFETY ROLES WITHIN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS, INCLUDING ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, AND SUSTAINABILITY BEST PRACTICES. EXCELLENT ATTENTION TO DETAIL WITH STRONG ANALYTICAL, DOCUMENTATION, AND REPORTING SKILLS. ABILITY TO WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH CROSS FUNCTIONAL TEAMS AND BUILD EFFECTIVE WORKING RELATIONSHIPS. GOOD COMMUNICATION, ORGANISATIONAL, AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS. RELEVANT CERTIFICATIONS IN FOOD SAFETY, HACCP, OR HEALTH AND SAFETY WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE.
