WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in spa treatments, massage therapies, body treatments, and facials. Proven ability to supervise daily spa operations and maintain high service standards. Experience using the Eleanor Spa Management System is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate the team. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High standards of grooming, professionalism, and personal presentation. Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining luxury hospitality standards. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Ensure through effective supervision, that services offered at the Spa are carried out with efficiency and courtesy. Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations. Ensure all guests and visitors to Spa leave with a pleasant experience. Conduct inspection of the SPA to ensure proper maintenance. Assist colleagues during peak periods and during shortage of manpower. Maintain and promote an atmosphere of tranquility and peace in SPA areas at all times. Work closely with Director of SPA & Wellness and reception to ensure the smooth execution of services. Monitor and assess the technical performance of therapists and schedule training.
