We are in search of a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our sales and marketing team. The position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing brand presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders and evaluate the performance of business partners, i.e. tour operators, travel agents, wholesalers, the networks of high-end business and establishment of business relationships, as well as with potential new clients. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and conduct regular market research with regular competitor rate checks. Enhance brand awareness and market positioning through effective marketing strategies. PROFILE: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar capacity preferably from a 5-star resort. Background in luxury sales in the Maldives. Excellent written and verbal command in English plus any other foreign language will be an advantage. Good knowledge and connection with worldwide trade partners.
