As we lead the way in wellbeing education, we are building a community of sojourners, culinarians and thinkers. At JOALI BEING, wellbeing is so much more than a catchphrase – it is a way of being. • Minimum 3 years related work experience in five - star luxury property in a similar role. • A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is a plus. • An outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills. • Passion for working with children. • Experience in the creation of new, unique and engaging activities that draw upon the best cultural, sporting or wellbeing offerings of the resort. • Fluent communication in English is required; proficiency in Russian will be considered an advantage. • Friendly and enthusiastic to work with multi nationality & able to live on a remote island. • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
