Requirements: Support and selling snorkelling trips, and lead mega fauna monitoring excursions for guests. Develop the hotel's eco concept, and carry forward existing and new projects, establishing and maintaining collaborations with local institutions, while running related staff/guest activities (e.g., beach clean-ups). Deliver marine biology, ecology, and conservation presentations, and screen marine documentaries for guests in the evenings. Fluent in English and at least one other language (German, French, or Italian preferred). Certified Rescue Diver or higher level (preferred). Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service. An excellent team player. Contract duration: October 2026 – April 2027.
