Job Requirements • Proven working experience (Min 4 years) as HR Manager or HR Executive in recruiting, hiring, deploying and managing an organization’s employees. • People oriented and results driven • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources administration and ethics • Knowledge of HR systems and databases • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company • In-depth knowledge of Seychelles labor law and HR best practices, including GOP applications and medical endorsements relating to expatriate employment. • Competence in creating, putting into effect and overseeing policies governing workers and the relationship of the organization with its employees.
