As a Social Media Executive, you’ll be the creative force behind our digital presence, turning content into conversations and engagement into brand loyalty. Working closely with the Cluster Director of Digital Marketing, you will lead the planning, creation and execution of impactful social media campaigns across multiple platforms. From building and nurturing an engaged online community to producing original, high-quality content and analyzing performance metrics, you’ll ensure every post delivers measurable results and reflects the brand’s identity. If you thrive on creativity, digital trends, and making a visible impact, this is your opportunity to work in the largest Accor-cluster in Dubai.
Требования
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. • Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) • Proven track record of creating and executing campaigns that drive social media engagement, reach and follower growth. • Experience in content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking using social media management & analytics tools. • Solid understanding of social media trends, algorithms and best practices. • Ability to ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form content with the use of video editing tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail • Background in hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, or travel industry is an added advantage.
