Apt Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to lead the bar operations at a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The Head Bartender will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training. Develop creative and seasonal cocktail menus that reflect the luxury brand and meet guest expectations. Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions. Mentor and develop bartending staff to build a high-performing team. Monitor and address guest feedback to continuously improve service quality. Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience as a bartender, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or head bartender role within luxury hotels or upscale establishments. Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in inventory management and cost control. Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations. Passion for mixology and a creative approach to beverage development. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be currently in UAE.
