This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with Michelin-starred dining experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering world-class guest experiences. As restaurant manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure the highest standards of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved within a refined luxury dining environment. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee all front-of-house restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery. Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to maintain exceptional service standards. Ensure compliance with 5-star hospitality and fine-dining service protocols. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, wine lists, and food and beverage offerings. Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively address guest needs and concerns. Coordinate closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure operational excellence. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and restaurant ambiance. Manage reservations, staffing schedules, and operational performance to maximize efficiency.
