This is an exciting opportunity to build your hospitality career in Europe while working in a vibrant and professional environment. We are looking for individuals with experience in specialty coffee preparation who thrive in fast-paced, customer-oriented settings. As a barista, you will craft high-quality coffee and beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding café experience. Key responsibilities Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards. Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment. Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to all guests. Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required. Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and dining area in accordance with food safety standards. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and replenishment. Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily café operations. Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
