Job Type Full Time Job Location Ras Al Khaimah, UAE Nationality Any Nationality Salary Not Specified Gender Not Specified Arabic Fluency Not Specified Job Function Safety & Environment Company Industry Travel, Hotel & Tourism Conduct routine health and safety inspections across the property Monitor compliance with safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions Facilitate safety inductions and awareness training for employees Support emergency response planning, drills, and evacuation procedures Maintain safety records, reports, and regulatory documentation Conduct risk assessments and ensure hazards are identified and mitigated Coordinate with department heads to promote a proactive safety culture Monitor contractor safety compliance while working on site Assist in achieving company health, safety, and environmental objectives Qualifications Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality Strong knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
