The painter will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of guest rooms, public areas, heart-of-house spaces, and exterior surfaces through high-quality painting and finishing work. This role plays an important part in ensuring the property is well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with the organization's standards. Perform painting, finishing, and repair works throughout guest rooms, residences, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and employee accommodations to maintain the property's appearance and standards. Respond promptly to guest, resident, and departmental maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of painting and cosmetic repair issues. Assist with preventive maintenance programs and inspections to identify, repair, and prevent deterioration of painted surfaces and finishes. Estimate, requisition, and maintain painting materials, tools, and equipment required to complete assigned projects efficiently. Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and maintenance activities in accordance with Engineering department procedures. Adhere to all safety, fire, health, hygiene, and environmental regulations while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work area.
