Our expectations from the role As an HR Intern, you will provide assistance to our HR department in day-to-day operations while providing a consistent high standard of administration and non-administration support to the Human Resources Department to support achievement of the business goals and strategies. Candidate profile Experience: Previous internship preferably in Human Resources or administrative tasks. Hospitality/hotel experience desirable. Role overview: Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, assist with recruitment, employee engagement activities, associate relations, and daily HR operations while ensuring excellent internal service. Key responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. Support recruitment by managing candidate applications and assisting with screenings. Assist in employee engagement programs, events, and recognition initiatives. Prepare HR documents, reports, welcome letters, and meeting minutes. Maintain employee records, notice boards, HR supplies, and databases. Support onboarding, housing arrivals, bank account opening, meal coupon administration, and payroll-related documentation. Assist employees with general HR requests and administrative procedures. Requirements Current student, recent graduate, or within one year of graduation. Previous HR or administrative internship experience preferred. Hospitality industry exposure is an advantage. Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
