All guests and visitors must be registered at the front desk with physical ID. Acceptable forms of identification include Emirates ID, GCC ID for GCC nationals, and a passport. A UAE driver's license is only accepted for UAE nationals. Soft copies are not accepted for any of the above forms of ID. || A damage deposit of AED 1,500 is required upon arrival and will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be refunded via credit card subject to an inspection of the property Early departure will incur in full stay charges. || All special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. || All bookings that include the night of December 31st, the following compulsory charges apply: AED 1,900 per adult and AED 800 per child (ages 6-11) on December 31st. This deposit will be collected 30 days prior to arrival. || Any guest 12 years or older will be considered an adult and subject to adult pricing.
